Shipping & Delivery

Shipment of all products ordered is done by Suntrek Outdoors in the Philippines. Suntrek Outdoor  uses various courier companies. Suntrek Outdoors is not responsible for any shipping problems and shall not be held liable for any "reasonable" delay beyond our advertised delivery time-frames. Shipment can take up to 6 business days for delivery or Express Courier charge higher than regular rates and which can take up to 1-3 business days for delivery. Shipping timeframes starts once the order has been processed. Due to high demand, order processing can take 1 to 3 business days.

The on-time delivery guarantee does not apply to shipments that are delayed due to causes beyond Courier control, including, but not limited to, the following: the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery of the shipment, delays caused by the consignee, acts of God, public authorities acting with actual or apparent authority on the premises, acts or omissions of Customs or similar authorities, riots, circumstances arising before, during, or after a strike or other labour disputes, civil commotions, disruptions in the air or ground transportation network (such as weather phenomena), and natural disasters.

Returns & Replacements

Return & exchange requests will be honored within 5 days after shipment is received.  However, we require that customers notify Suntrek Outdoors [email protected] of any problems with merchandise within 48 hours of receipt.  Items must have their original packaging and in new un-worn condition. 

All refunds after 5 Days will be clear up for future store credit only. Refunds are not available for any product after the 5 days. All sale/discount items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless the product is faulty or damaged. Exchanged items are not guaranteed to be in stock and customers may have to receive store credit if items are out of stock. Store credit only unless otherwise noted!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Payments of all items purchased via the online store are through Paypal, G-Cash, Smart Money or Pay through VISA, MASTER CARD Discover Card via XOOM Money Transfer. Paypal and Xoom Transfer are the payment option for international customers. Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate on the day of the purchase may result in a slight difference in the totals. All products selected in the online store will be charged in Php or USD. We do not accept payment by Check or Money order.
Pre- Ordering

Normally, we offer Special Items on a Pre-Order basis. This allows customers to be assured that they will have an item set aside for them when they arrive. We set minimum order quantity (MOQ) of items for pre-ordering, and often offer these items for people whom wish to order in advance. Pre-ordering allows customers the confidence that they will receive their items as soon as we receive stocks, and they will be required for 30% deposit. If the items are readily available for delivery, we request the full payment including delivery or freight charges. Due to the nature of pre-orders we are however forced to issue some additional terms and conditions which relate to those items pre-ordered:

  • All pre-order items are subject to manufacturers delay, availability, and allocation. These matters are completely in the hands of the manufacturers or Suppliers.
  • Suntrek Outdoors Shop is unable to accept any liability for any inconvenience caused by changes to lines, availability dates or initial shortage of supplies.
  • In the case of orders for single items we reserve the right to alter pre-order prices and or terms of purchase provided notice is given to all customers and a reply accepting amended terms is accepted.
  • Should items be removed, or short-packed in an assortment pre-order prices may be subject to change.
  • If an item is cancelled by the manufacturer, we will contact all customers who have pre-ordered as soon as possible. This is a rare occurrence, but again is completely at the discretion of the manufacturer of the product line.
  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled as a special order has been made exclusively for you, which means your item is already in process and it has been paid for.
  • Pre-orders cannot be returned and are not eligible for refund and there are no exceptions to this pre-order policy.

Pre-order Basis

  • Pre-order is 50% deposit of the product cost, exclusive of delivery or freight charges.
  • Pre-order processing and delivery typically varies from 10 to 60 working days.
  • Pre-order requires minimum order quantity (MOQ).
  • Pre-order items are subject to Manufacturers Delay, availability, allocation, inspection and assessment of bureau of custom.
  • Strictly no refund.
  • Upon Pre-order you are accepting the above terms and conditions.
